Born, raised and educated in Canada, David Sebastian Bach has spent almost his entire life in the entertainment business. As a singer he made his first record for the Melody Music Company of New York at the age of 5. After high school, David continued playing in bands and groups while persuing a career as a Disc Jockey with various radio and television stations across Canada. At age 21, David left Canada for England, living in London for many years, touring Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East working as a singer, song writer, actor, playwright and director. He appeared in the sci-fi TV series, Space 1999 with Barbara Bain and Martin Landau, the touring company of Little Shop of Horrors (as the voice of Audrey II) and the rock musical, Rock Nativity, etc. David was signed to Bull Dog Records in England and EMI Electrola in Germany with hits including You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling, Der Regen Feil Auf Santorin, the album “200 Years On...”, and so on. He wrote and recorded the song, WHAT CAN WE DO?, as a fund raiser for MDAC. David returned to Canada in the early 1980s, doing 4 concert tours of Canada, coast to coast, and establishing the Bach Academy for the Performing Arts, an accredited performance school, then moving to Scottsdale, AZ, where he raised his family and established the award winning murder mystery dinner theatre company, MURDER INK PRODUCTIONS, and Blue Ox Talent Agency, a licensed and bonded agency and talent management company. As a Screen Actors Guild member for more than 20 years, David appeared in feature films and commercials, and numerous theatre productions. He relocated to Las Vegas 20 years ago.....where else would a showbiz guy end up? Recently, David wrote and directed two theatrical productions, Sin City Confidential and Pageants Can Be Murder, both to 5 Star reviews. David currently fronts his seven piece jazz ensemble, EAR CANDY, featuring Music Director Joe Darro (accompanist for Sammy Davis Jr., Debbie Reynolds and many other well known singers) for private and corporate functions, and appears from time to time at local Jazz spots with his band or as a duo, trio or quartet. David, who speaks and sings in several languages, plays several musical instruments. Also an author, he is currently working on a book which he hopes to have published in late 2023. David Sebastian Bach, the fifth generation grandson of Johann Sebastian Bach, has performed all over the world for heads of state including Her Majesty The Queen, and was once called “the last of the Renaissance men” by the Toronto Globe and Mail.
